Mushi is a Polish brand of supplements based on functional mushrooms: gummies, capsules and drops for sleep, energy, immunity and focus. The shop we built for them worked and sold. But the brand did not have full control over what powered it.
The shop stood on someone else's foundation
All sales ran on an external platform. Customer and order data sat with the provider, not with the brand. Every change to the shop depended on someone else's software and someone else's pace.
On top of that came the daily logistics, scattered across separate tools:
- shipping labels in one place,
- fiscal receipts in another,
- online payments in a third.
The shop came back to the brand, without a minute of downtime
We moved the shop onto its own database and built a separate panel to run it. We migrated everything in the exact form it was working in, without rewriting it. Customers kept buying exactly the same way the whole time. Sales did not stop for a moment.
In the panel, the team manages products, orders and content. Access is governed by roles: order handling on one side, marketing on the other. Sensitive operations are visible only to those who should see them.
Shipping, payments and receipts in one place
We tied the logistics together in a single panel. InPost labels, Novitus fiscal receipts and Przelewy24 payments work without jumping between systems. An order comes in, and its handling and settlement happen from one screen, without logging in to yet another program.
What the brand has now
Mushi has its own shop, its own data and its own panel. Orders, shipping and receipts are handled in one place. And further development, including bringing in AI, no longer waits on an external provider.
