Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect only the data we need to reply to your message. Here's the short version of what we collect and why.
Last updated: 26 June 2026
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Ewa Jagiełło Marketing (brand: Mindlum). For anything related to your data, write to hello@mindlum.com.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form:
- name,
- email address,
- phone number,
- your message,
- optionally: project type and a preferred contact slot.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the form data to answer your inquiry and prepare a possible offer.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in corresponding with people interested in working with us).
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the correspondence, and then until any related claims become time-barred. If we don't end up working together, we delete it once it's no longer needed.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers that process data only on our behalf:
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — email delivery; this is how the confirmation reaches you and a copy reaches us,
- Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC, USA) — the email service where we receive and store the correspondence,
- Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA) — site hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers (Resend, Google, Vercel) are based in the USA, outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission, and in Google's case additionally on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights). It sets no cookies and does not identify you as an individual — so we don't show a cookie consent banner. For aggregate statistics, Vercel processes your IP address and browser type — on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
At any time you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability.
Complaints and contact
To exercise your rights, write to hello@mindlum.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Voluntary
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for us to be able to answer your inquiry.
Changes
We may update this policy — for example when the tools we use change. The current version always lives on this page.
