- Editorial curation, not a catalog
Kraków się wydarza has been recommending what's happening in the city for years: concerts, exhibitions, theatre, good spots. Around those recommendations, an engaged audience grew on Instagram. One thing was missing: a tool that lets you actually plan with it. We built it: a web app where events in Kraków are gathered and hand-picked in one place.
From Instagram to a real plan
An Instagram feed is fleeting. An interesting event scrolls by and disappears, and later it is hard to find, save or fit into a weekend plan. Classic catalogs have the opposite problem: they are complete, but sterile and impersonal.
This app sits in between. One place that shows what's on, where the selection is made by a person, not an algorithm. You can search, save and plan.
What the audience gets
- The editorial "Week in Kraków" feed: a ready-made overview of what's worth catching.
- Personalization by interests, so what matters to a given person stays on top.
- A calendar, favorites and an event map: the whole plan in one view.
- An account and login, so your own plan stays saved.
- Two languages, PL and EN, for locals and tourists.
- Light and dark mode, designed with the phone in mind.
The content is created by an editorial team in a separate panel, so curation stays with the brand.
What the brand gains
Instead of a fleeting feed, the brand gets a tool of its own. It moves its existing audience from Instagram to a place where planning is possible, and everything stays fully under its control.
