- Zero downtime, zero losses in Google
Kocyki z Bajki sew personalized textiles for children to order: blankets, bedding and towels with a chosen fabric, pattern and embroidered name. The shop we had built for them worked and sold. The problem sat underneath, where the customer never sees it but the owner feels it every day.
A shop that truly belongs to the company
We built the first shop quickly, on a ready-made platform. For the start, that worked. Over time it became a burden: a monthly subscription, limits on what could be changed, and a foundation the brand did not own. Every bigger idea depended on someone else's tool.
So we built the shop again from scratch, on its own code. Now it belongs entirely to the company. No one can restrict it or take it away, no one has to approve changes. Along the way we prepared it for the future, including AI.
A migration the customers never noticed
The hardest part was replacing the foundation under a running shop so that sales never stopped, not even for a moment.
- Zero interruption to sales. Throughout the migration the shop kept taking orders. The switchover took place in June 2026.
- Zero losses in Google. Every page address stayed exactly the same, so for the search engine nothing changed. The brand did not lose a single position in the results.
- Three languages in one shop. Polish, English and Ukrainian, with a clear path to placing an order.
An assistant that always asks first
The team got an assistant for their daily work that shortens routine tasks. It helps with orders and products: it quickly finds the details of a specific order or information about a product instead of searching through everything by hand.
What matters more is what the assistant cannot do. It will not approve anything on its own or make any significant change, for example it will not change an order status, without a human's explicit consent. It suggests and prepares, but the final word always belongs to the team.
What stays in the company's hands
- A shop on its own code that no one can restrict or take away.
- A migration with no interruption to sales and no loss of rankings in Google.
- One shop in three languages, with a clear path to ordering.
- An assistant that takes small, repetitive tasks off the team's plate and never acts behind their back.
